Meer dan 50 jaar vakmanschap. Geen bonellveren zoals veel goedkopere matrassen, maar uitsluitend thermisch geharde pocketveren — tot 3000 stuks per matras. Dat geeft je een preciezere drukverdeling en een langere levensduur.
Ergonomie die je rug voelt. Onze Anatomic-kern werd ontwikkeld met kinesisten en orthopedisten, met zeven actieve comfortzones die schouders, lenden en bekken elk anders ondersteunen. In meerdere hardheden, voor zij-, rug- én buikslapers.
Frequently asked questions about mattresses
A quality mattress lasts on average 8 to 10 years, depending on the type, usage, and care. Revor uses only high-quality materials: thermally tempered pocket springs, HR foam, visco, and natural latex. Mattresses made from basic polyurethane foam lose their shape and support faster. Flipping your mattress, if reversible, extends its lifespan.
Revor has been manufacturing in Kuurne, West Flanders, since 1972, and most of our raw materials come from Belgium. Our mattresses are assembled by hand by a permanent team. We work exclusively with thermally hardened pocket springs and our own Anatomic cores, so no open-coil Bonell springs of the kind found in many cheaper mattresses. Every mattress is treated against dust mites using a natural process.
Revor supplies every standard Belgian size: 80x200 and 90x200 cm (single), 100x200 cm (wide single), 120x200 cm (compact for one, snug for two), 140x200 cm (small double), 160x200 cm (the most popular double size) and 180x200 cm (king size). Lengths of 210 or 220 cm are available to order through your Revor dealer. One thing to keep in mind if you collect your order yourself: our mattresses are not roll-packed, so a 160x200 cm mattress arrives as a full 160x200 cm.

Revor offers three types of core: a pocket spring mattress (resilient, the best ventilation, the strongest value for money), an Anatomic mattress (four firmness levels in a single core, the most ergonomic option, developed together with physiotherapists and orthopaedic specialists) and a latex mattress (highly point-elastic, natural, often recommended for neck and back complaints). Revor is a 100% Belgian brand, founded in 1972 and based in Kuurne. The mattresses are made entirely in Belgium, with raw materials sourced largely from Belgian suppliers. That means short production lines, strict quality control, and over 50 years of craftsmanship. Revor is also the first Belgian manufacturer to offer a fully circular mattress.
Both, but they determine different things. Your height and weight determine the firmness of your mattress: soft, medium, firm or extra firm. Your sleeping position determines which zoning and which comfort layer you need. Two people of the same weight therefore need the same firmness, but not necessarily the same mattress. A side sleeper needs a softer shoulder zone; a front sleeper needs a flatter, firmer surface.
A pocket spring mattress has individual springs that respond independently to pressure. This provides targeted support for each part of the body and good ventilation, ideal if you often feel warm at night. A latex mattress is built around a resilient, point-elastic core of natural latex. Latex follows the contours of the body closely and is naturally hypoallergenic. Both types are available in the Revor range, each in multiple firmness levels and comfort layers.

Delivery & service
Your mattress or bed base doesn't arrive directly from Revor, but first goes to an authorised Revor distributor near you. This local sleep specialist handles the final step: your delivery and installation, for 95 euros. We choose this approach deliberately, because shipping a premium product deserves as much care as the product itself. This way, you can be sure your mattress or bed base arrives with you the right way.
Pick up your order for free at your chosen distributor nearby. Our mattresses are not rolled when packaged, so they have the exact dimensions you chose, a 160x200 cm mattress is therefore also packaged at 160x200 cm. Make sure you have enough loading space. Bed bases also have their own dimensions: 2-person bed bases are delivered in 2 parts, for example 180x200 cm in two parts of 90x200 cm. The headboard is always delivered as one piece.
