What is a slatted base?

A slatted base is a bed base with a frame of slightly curved wooden slats that sit directly under your mattress. Unlike a box spring, a slatted base has no built-in springs: the slats themselves absorb your body's pressure points and let enough air circulate under your mattress. At Revor, you can choose a fixed, manually adjustable or electrically adjustable version.
