What can you try today?

  • Do you sleep on your side? Try placing a pillow between your knees for extra pelvic stability. 
  • Do you sleep on your back? A thin roll under your knees helps your lower back relax. 
  • Do you sleep on your stomach? It may be time to break that habit. 
  • Is your mattress older than 8 years? Then a check-up is certainly not unnecessary.

Also pay attention to your pillow: an incorrect height can throw both your neck and lower back out of balance.
