THE ANATOMIC SPRUNG CORE
The anatomic sprung core follows the contours of the human body.
The Active Support Technology of this latest generation 7-zone mattress consists of a sophisticated mix of 4 different firmness levels, in which the shoulder, the loin and the pelvis zone have been especially optimised, offering better and more correct support as a result.
This mattress has a core with 500 springs/m².
THE AEROFEEL INTERMEDIATE LAYER
There is an Aerofeel intermediate layer on top of and under the sprung core. This open cell, three-dimensional breathable layer enhances the breathable nature and the point elasticity of the Anatomic springs. It ensures that the pressure on the mattress is cushioned and less counterpressure is produced. This enhances the ergonomics of the springs and creates a harmonious, comfortable structure.
THE SUPPORTING LAYER
The supporting layer of 4 cm cold foam provides a sturdy base for the rest of the mattress structure. Cold foam is a very open-celled material, which quickly wicks moisture and can easily regulate temperature. What’s more, it has excellent properties in terms of resilience, durability and point elasticity.
THE VISCOGEL COMFORT LAYER
There is a 4 cm Viscogel comfort layer on top of the sprung core. This is a combination of gel and visco. Visco or memory foam slowly recovers its shape after being pressed down, reducing the counterpressure for the body. Visco is temperature-sensitive, meaning it adapts to your body because of your body temperature. The gel has cooling and anti-allergic properties.
THE AERO ANATOMIC TICKING
This ticking underscores the ventilating effect of the Aero Anatomic mattresses. The detachable double gauze ticking has a 3D non-slip pad at the bottom and a 3D fabric gusset around the entire mattress. The top of the ticking has been stitched through with 2-cm Hybrid Foam for a pleasant sensation of comfort.
